Client: Herman Miller Heman Miller comissioned this CDROM to use as a take-away item for visitors to their North Central Customer Center Showroom. We included several informative videos that had already been produced for television as well as an extensive product catalog of their office furniture lines. The core of the project was a walking tour of the Showroom with ten 360° panoramic images linked to a floorplan with directional arrows to help the viewer remain oriented in the space. We also created some more unique interactive visuals for the project. In one visual, viewers can "walk" up and down a long, straight wall and compare all of the different components of each of the lines of furniture. In another, we created an interactive, stop-motion animation of a series of revolving sign panels (shown middle-left). We also included information about various purchasing options as well as a map and contact information so customers could get back in touch with Herman Miller easily. |
